Help with clearing your cache
Google Chrome
1.ÌýÌý Click the menu icon in theÌýbrowserÌýupper right corner. ClickÌýSettingsÌýon the bottom of the menu.
2.ÌýÌý From settings, clickÌýShow advanced settings…. at the very bottom of the settings section.
3.ÌýÌý Scroll to the privacy section and clickÌýClear browsing data.
4.ÌýÌý SelectÌýCached images and files. Uncheck all other options to avoid deletingÌýbrowserÌýhistory,ÌýcookiesÌýand other things you may wish to retain. ChangeÌýObliterate the following items fromÌýtoÌýthe beginning of time.
5.ÌýÌý Press Clear browsing data.Ìý
Firefox
1.ÌýÌý Click the Firefox menu in the top left corner.
2. Choose the right arrow next to History, and clickÌýClear Recent History.
Ìý
3.ÌýÌý Make sureÌýDetailsÌýis expanded, then selectÌýCacheÌýfrom the list. Uncheck everything else.
4.ÌýÌý In theÌýTime Range to ClearÌýdrop down, selectÌýEverything.
5.ÌýÌý SelectÌýClear Now. Your computer will work for a moment, and the process will be completed. You’ve successfully cleared Firefox’sÌýCache!
Safari
1.ÌýÌý Once your browser is open, click Safari menu and select EmptyÌýCache…
2.ÌýÌý ClickÌýEmpty.Ìý

Internet Explorer 9, 10, and 11
1.ÌýÌý Once yourÌýbrowserÌýis open, click the gear icon at the top right to open theÌýSettings menu. Then, selectÌýSafetyÌýandÌýDelete Browsing History.
2.ÌýÌý SelectÌýTemporaryÌýInternetÌýFiles. You will also need to unselect all of the other boxes. This option makes the window also delete objects from websites in your Favorites folder, which is necessary to completely clearing yourÌýcache.
3.ÌýÌý Click theÌýDeleteÌýbutton next to the bottom of the window to perform the operations (i.e. clear yourÌýcacheÌýby deleting temporary files).
4.ÌýÌý Your computer will load for a moment, and then the process will be completed.
