Warm up

Warm up before starting听your exercises to get your joints and muscles ready. Warm muscles are less stiff and work more efficiently, so you鈥檒l prevent injury during your exercise routine.

Cool down

Cool down after your exercises to help increase your flexibility and lower your risk of injury. Taking time to stretch and cool down at the end of your routine will also help to return your breathing and heart rate back to resting levels.
